CTP utilizes Concur software to book airfare, lodging, and rental car in a one-stop-shop experience. A centrally managed travel program ensures competitive contract pricing, compliance with travel policies, enriched travel reporting, and duty of care for travelers.

Travel Policy

It is the traveler’s responsibility to read and understand High Point University’s Travel and Business Expense Policy and accompanying documents to ensure expenses are valid and reasonable and procedures are followed. It is mandatory that travel is approved before booking travel arrangements. Please contact the Procurement Office if you have any questions.
